SHAREing is organising an afternoon webinar to present and discuss Professional Skills Training on 23rd January at 3pm.

- Welcome & context: overview of SHAREing, the role of Work Package 3, and why professional skills are a focus area alongside technical training.
- Discussion and Activity 1: professional skills for RTPs: open conversation drawing on project and personal experience to explore how professional skills are understood, where training exists, and where gaps and challenges remain.
- Discussion and Activity 2: competency prioritisation exercise – using the DIRECT framework – categorised by urgency, relevance, existing activity.
- Wrap-up & next steps: key signals from the discussion and how this input will inform SHAREing’s future work.
