Description

  • Raise awareness at CIUK 2025: Deliver an interactive session engaging RTPs in dialogue about professional skills, collaboration, and career progression.
  • Validate and refine definitions: Share early consortium insights on professional skills and gather direct community feedback to shape the emerging framework.
  • Inform future strategy: Produce a report with participant insights and recommendations on how SHAREing can leverage events like CIUK to embed and promote professional skills development.

The task might be combined with the organisation of events. Alternatively, people tackling this task might want to request funds to participate in relevant events.

Outcomes

  • Publish findings on the SHAREing webpage.
  • Organise event at CIUK.
